In a style that Rolling Stone called “hip-hop with folk, soul and blues,” Cope has compiled a large and extremely dedicated following. His most notable tracks include “Let The Drummer Kick,” and “Sideways.” In 2010, he bucked tradition and started his own record label, Rainwater Records, releasing a new full-length album, The Rainwater LP, the same year. His next album is scheduled for release later this year.
