Alt-folk rocker, Citizen Cope (real name Clarence Greenwood), is an accomplished songwriter whose songs have been performed by Santana, Corey Taylor of Slipknot, Dido and numerous others.
In a style that Rolling Stone called “hip-hop with folk, soul and blues,” Cope has compiled a large and extremely dedicated following. His most notable tracks include “Let The Drummer Kick,” and “Sideways.” In 2010, he bucked tradition and started his own record label, Rainwater Records, releasing a new full-length album, The Rainwater LP, the same year. His next album is scheduled for release later this year.
His most notable tracks include “Let The Drummer Kick,” “Hands of the Saints,” “ Bullet” and “One Lovely Day.” Visit CitizenCope.com.
